Gregory Vial is an associate professor in the Department of Information Technology at HEC Montréal. His areas of research focus on systems development projects, particularly the use of agile methods as well as the management and governance of data in businesses. For several years, he has been working on the potential of digital transformation, among other things through the judicious use of data, as well as on the challenges associated with it.
