Nadine Vaillant has been a faculty lecturer in HEC Montréal’s Department of Management since 2013, specializing in leadership skills, including diversity management. She teaches in the certificate, DESS and MBA programs and is involved with the international pathways of the DESS program in Algeria and Lebanon. She has also been an instructor with Executive Education HEC Montréal’s leadership and management programs since 2015.

Nadine’s vast and varied experience as a consultant enables her to validate the theoretical principles she teaches. A certified NOVA and IDI specialist, she coaches executives and managers, and draws on their challenges and successes to enrich her teaching.
