Marie-Sophie Tremblay has over 20 years of leadership experience, mainly in the consumer goods and food processing industries.

She has spent a large part of her career in Europe and the U.S., holding management- and executive-level positions in a range of sectors, including manufacturing, supply chain, product portfolio management and information technology.

Recent roles include Global Innovation Associate Director at Procter & Gamble as well as Vice President, Business Process Transformation, at Agropur, where she headed up the cooperative’s transformation by re-engineering business processes and implementing an ERP system.

A graduate in engineering physics from Université Laval and from the McGill-HEC Montréal Executive MBA, she has distinguished herself for her ability to lead, promote business development, introduce innovative practices and champion operational excellence.
