President and Founder, Humains & Compagnie

Annick Routhier Labadie is the president and founder of Humains & Compagnie, a coaching firm at the crossroads of equity, diversity and inclusion, leadership development and change management. Since 2015, her team has guided more than 9,000 leaders in financial, pharmaceutical, professional services, telecommunications and research organizations.
A creator at heart, she designs learning experiences that unite science and narrative, head and heart, humor and seriousness, conviction and openness. She places at the center of her interventions this belief that beyond investing, managing staff or a large bank, we are human.
She was a trainer at the Institute of Corporate Directors and, from 2012 to 2015, a consultant at the Montreal office of McKinsey & Company. A Rhodes Scholar and former basketball player, she sits on the board of directors of the Fondation de l'athlete d'excellence du Québec.
She holds 2 master's degrees from the University of Oxford (engineering sciences and biomedical engineering) and has completed graduate studies in applied ethics at Laval University, a certificate in coaching as well as training in integral facilitation and at the Internal Family Systems Institute.
