Marc Messier

As a lecturer at HEC Montréal since 2004, Marc Messier has taught various undergraduate- and graduate-level courses in project management and business strategy. He has been working in the field of project management for 25 years, including a stint with the multinational SAP, where he oversaw a number of setup operations in North America and Europe.

He is currently a consultant specializing in project management methodologies and processes. In the past 15 years, he has supported 70 projects teams as they adopted new Agile solutions to improve their workflow. Mr. Messier is the co-author of La gestion stratégique, une approche fondamentale, published by Chenelière Éducation.
