Caroline Ménard is known for building strong bonds with her clients and for pulling out all the stops to offer them flexible, customized strategies. Her expertise in strategic thinking, organizational design and business development has been vital in guiding many organizations forward.

Over time, she has worked in such fields as digital strategy, restructuring and business model transformation for financial institutions, manufacturing companies, public-sector organizations and others.

Caroline has degrees in psychology (Université de Montréal) and management (HEC Montréal). After starting her career at the Centre d’études en transformation des organisations, she went on to work for Bell Canada and CGI. She joined Brio in 2006, ascending to partner in 2010 and president in 2016. It is in this latter capacity that she successfully repositioned Brio as a management consulting boutique, broadening its service offering and founding The Transformation League, a partnership with other consulting firms around the world.

She was honoured in 2017 by Femmes d’affaires du Québec as a top female business leader in the large company category and was recognized as an outstanding next-generation businesswoman with a Mercure award in 2018. She is a blogger with HEC Montréal’s Gestion magazine and is dedicated to giving back to the community and mentoring up-and-coming businesswomen. She works tirelessly to foster growth and greater consciousness among business leaders so they can in turn be the impetus in elevating progressive organizations and profoundly transforming our society.
