Luc Lespérance is a full-time lecturer at HEC Montréal, where he is helping to groom the next generation of technology and artificial intelligence specialists. His teaching is informed by his consulting experience, which has included serving as the leader of the Future of Work practice at Deloitte, performing regular stints as a senior advisor for events and training activities, and guiding corporate clients in addressing challenges and opportunities related to the future of work, the labour force and the workplace.

He has a keen interest in new approaches to doing business, and he also contributes to the Parcours Innovation PME as an innovation and design thinking teacher.
